We worship through songs, joys & concerns, scripture reading & discussion and a craft. We even have a monthly memory verse that we work on during the Children's Church service. Come join us during the 9:00 and 11:00 services!

Wednesday Exercise Class-CANCELLED UNTIL PHASE 3

As we get older, our balance tends to get worse. This can cause many accidental falls which in turn can be debilitating if you break a bone. As part of each class, we practice balancing in many different ways. If you feel you're balance has become worse, exercising can help you with this. Strengthening, toning, stretching, and balancing, can improve your total body. Walking is a good exercise, but to get a full body workout you need to attend a fitness class. Simply once a week will help you. If you haven't tried our exercise class on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM, please come and see what a difference it can make.

Exercising releases endorphins, which in turn can make you feel better and also have a real impact on your normal activities. I am a certified fitness instructor and I can modify any exercise to fit your ability. Come out and have a great time with us, I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it!
